Martin is a private consultant in Real Estate development and Quantity Surveying, and the Managing Director of Realcon Associates. He previously held executive positions at Knight Frank, Press Properties Limited, and Eris Properties Mw Limited. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in real estate development planning, management, and feasibility studies, with notable projects in shopping malls, hotels, and offices. Additionally, Martin serves as the current president of the Surveyors Institute of Malawi.
